MUSIC: VAGABONDS - #FML EP

The homies from Vagabond just sent over their new music video and EP release '#FML'. Here's what the Vagabond camp had to say at press time:

After a few months delay, the Vagabonds are finally here with their new EP, and they’ve made it available for free download. Titled “#FML”, this nine track EP highlights the past year that E.R. and Baysiqly have experienced in their personal lives while enjoying their new-found recognition and notoriety after releasing “Good Neighbors” on New Years Day 2011. With the lyrics detailing their experiences over the past year, “#FML” is a deep and often dark look into the lives of the Vagabonds, not sparring any details in regards to their families, financial situations, broken relationships, and their own personal highs and lows. Produced, mixed, and mastered entirely by E.R., the decision to keep everything in-house with no outside features was made in order to provide the most intimate experience possible, as E.R. and Baysiqly are known for not holding anything back in their music, no matter how personal it may seem. In conjunction with the EP, they have released a video to the intro/title track; “FML” shot inside of Nike Missile Site HM-95D in southwest Miami-Dade County (also known as the haunted Krome Detention Center/Insane Asylum).

For the second video off the "Southern Niggas Aint Slow" THE TRIBUTE mix tape, J NICS goes in over the "Mr Lee" produced track for Z-Ro's "From The South". Take a ride thru the streets of Miami. Look out for "Southern Niggas Aint Slow" THE PRODUCT, which features all original production, is to be released early this year.

RICK ROSS - RICH FOREVER (VIDEO/MIXTAPE)

I know most of you probably got this or what not but being that I am still bumping Ross's last project and I think it a classic I had to post this even if it was a lil' late. Above is a video showing you some insight into the making of this mixtape. The video was put together by no other then our homie Dre Films. You can say what you want about Ross but there is no denying his ability to make great music as well as his ability of staying consistent and in the public eye. I have seen this man's progression from his humble days of coming to Crazy Hoods studios to record for DJ EFN's mixtapes to him surviving what many thought would be a death blow by 50 Cents campaign against him. VAGABONDS - INVISIBLE (MUSIC VIDEO)

Here's what Vagabonds camp had to say at press time: The Vagabonds are finally releasing the first video off their new EP, "#FML". Titled "Invisible", this Baysiqly solo track (produced by E.R. of course), details the struggle of being ignored and overlooked while having a message that they want to bring out to the world, or a "speck in a world full of objects", as Baysiqly puts it.

"Invisible" mashes up E.R.'s bouncy, psychedelic board work with cinematics from Mr. Visual, showing a first-person view of an individual being ignored by everyone who passes him by. That, along with flashbacks to current world events, is a deadly mixture that can drive anybody to insanity and irrational choices, as depicted by the ending of this video.

As the first of many videos to be released off their new EP, "Invisible" looks to set the pace of what current fans and new listeners can expect from "#FML".

Here's what Seums & Manifesto's camp had to say at press time: Miami emcees Serum & Manifesto drop their collabo album today FOR FREE, "The S&M Project: Hott Waxx" on TyrannoSerumRecords. Album is 17 tracks of boom bappery featuring some of Miami's dopest emcees such as LMS, Saheed, Chris Black and more. Production credits include Stijn Beats (of The Netherlands), Stereo Phlyer, Ozny, Anno Domini (UK), etc. Serum & Manifesto first starting making buzz on the nationwide college radio airwaves last year with their debut single from this album entitled "The Blade Rack" ft. The first visuals for "Southern Niggas Aint Slow" THE TRIBUTE. J NICS goes in over the "Mr Lee" produced track for Lil' Keke's "Im A G" directed By: UnkleLuc. J NICS’ new project “Southern Niggas Aint Slow” will be divided into two separate releases. The first segment dubbed “THE TRIBUTE” (dropping Nov. 14th) features J NICS rhyming over rarely touched southern classics as his way of paying tribute to his roots, the people, and sounds that influence his music. The second installment named “THE PRODUCT” which will feature all new music and original production is set for an ealry 2012 release.
