Came across this video and had to post it up. I was a young kid when this came out but I remember the era and the video perfectly captures that time period. This was the transition time for Hip Hop as it approached what some call the "Golden Era". Run DMC were the perfect conduits between the streets to the mainstream!

I have been meaning to post this up for a while and when I mean a while I mean for a couple years now! Mother Superia gave me a promo copy of this album some time during 95/96 and unfortunately the CD became even more valuable to me when the album was shelved by Island Music. I use to show off my limited edition CD like it was gold and as of recent that CD has gone missing!!! For those who don't know who Mother Superia is, she was Miami Hip Hop's golden child who was set to take the country by storm. She was suppose to expose Miami's thriving Hip Hop scene and showcase the talent that was ripe to explode! Unfortunately the music industry had other plans! Shout to Mother Superia now known as Savana! This album features production by L.E.S., KRS ONE, Redman and of course homegrown Miami producers. Enjoy a piece of Miami Hip Hop history! We caught up with Naughty By Nature at Revolution Live on March 25, 2010. Also on the bill was our very own Garcia, ¡Mayday! & Heckler. In this video we got highlights from the show and some backstage footage with Treach and Vin Rock. The Illtown O.G.s still got it! We filmed some Naughty favorites like "Uptown Anthem", "Craziest" and "Everything's gonna be Alright". Shout to Revolution Live, DJ Lennox, DJ K-N-S, DJ Ricochet, Craig, Brando and everyone else involved. Last but not least shout to Boracka Boris for filming!

Here is another clip from Fridays (Feb. 5th 2010) show. In this clip Nas goes through some classic verses ending in One Love. As Nas has the audience saying One Love, DJ Green Lantern drops Bob Marley's One Love and Nas introduces Damian Marley, who comes out to do his fathers song. Personally I think it was a great way to bring in Damian Marley and the audience went crazy. Look out for more clips from this show.

Back in 2006, under-the-radar producer nomadic trackz released “Back To The Beat: Old School Classics - Remixed” – a free remix project which was done as a tribute to Old School Hip-Hop. Back To The Beat caught the ears of many. Legendary artists like T LA Rock, Rev Run, MC Lyte, Mike G / Jungle Brothers, and JVC Force (who were all remixed on the project), took a listen and gave props. Media outlets such as Allhiphop, MTV’s Mixtape Monday, Hiphopgame, Okayplayer, Mass Appeal, XLR8R, Billboard, and others all gave the project love. Now, 4 years later nomadic trackz presents: “Back To The Beat vol.II: Old School Classics - Remixed”.
